Atlas — Privacy Policy

Atlas is an internal content-operations tool operated by InfiniteDev ("we", "us", "our"). On behalf of our clients, Atlas schedules and publishes content to, and reads performance data from, the Facebook and Instagram Pages that those clients authorize us to manage. This policy explains what data the Atlas application accesses through the Meta platform, how we use it, and how it can be deleted.

What we access

When a client grants us access to manage their Page (via Meta Business Manager and the Meta Graph API), Atlas may access:

Page identifiers and metadata — Page ID, name, category, and the Page access token derived for publishing.
Content we create — the posts, captions, and images Atlas publishes, and their resulting post/story IDs.
Post performance insights — aggregate metrics provided by Meta such as reach, impressions, and engagement, used to report results to the client.
Publishing health signals — token validity and Page eligibility, so we can detect and surface publishing problems.

Atlas does not collect the personal profile data of people who view or interact with a Page, beyond the aggregated, de-identified insights Meta itself provides. We do not request or store the contact lists, messages, or friend data of any Meta user.

How we use it

To draft, schedule, and publish social content to the client's authorized Pages.
To measure the performance of that content and report it back to the client.
To maintain the reliability of publishing (e.g. validating tokens, reconciling scheduled posts).

We do not use Meta platform data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell it.

How we share it

Meta platform data is shared only:

with the client who owns the Page, as part of reporting on their content; and
with infrastructure providers that operate the service under contract (e.g. hosting and database providers). These providers process data only on our instructions.

We never sell Meta platform data or share it with data brokers.

Data retention

We retain Page identifiers, published content, and performance metrics for as long as we provide services to the relevant client, and then delete or de-identify them within a reasonable period after the engagement ends. Page access tokens are discarded or invalidated when access is revoked.

Data deletion

A client or Page owner can have all associated data removed at any time. To request deletion:

Email privacy@infinitedev.co with the Page name or ID; we will delete the associated tokens, content records, and metrics within 30 days and confirm by email; or
Remove the Atlas app from your Page or Business in Meta Business settings → Apps / Integrations, which immediately revokes our access. We then purge the related records on our next reconciliation cycle.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only by our server-side publishing workers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized InfiniteDev personnel.

Children

Atlas is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
